Abstract:
A yarn tube made of plant fiber and its manufacturing method. The yarn tube is prepared
from plant fiber 50-90weight sections, water-soluble synthetic resin 5-30weight
sections, and starch binder 5-25weight sections. The manufacturing method
comprises: 1) plant fiber is crushed and mixed with water-soluble synthetic
resin and starch; 2) the above mentioned mixture is added to a mold; 3) the temperature
in the cavity of female die is controlled between 100?-150?, and that of male die
is controlled between 105?-115?, the pressure on the male die is exerted between
25-65kg/cm2, and maintained for 30-80 seconds.
