Abstract:
Disclosed are a yogurt fermenter and a method for automatically controlling the temperature of the yogurt fermenter. The yogurt fermenter and the method for automatically controlling the temperature of the yogurt fermenter, according to the present invention, suitably control the heating value of a heating element in a control unit according to the fermentation stage of a material to be fermented, thereby optimally fermenting the material to be fermented, which is put in a fermentation container. Particularly, since the heating value of the heating element is controlled in consideration of the characteristics of the material to be fermented, of which the fluidity gradually decreases as fermentation is carried out, the material to be fermented does not burn and stick to a heating part, and thus a user can easily wash the heating part even after fermentation is complete.
