Abstract:
A yoke used for electromagnetic actuators is disclosed which is formed by compacting a soft magnetic iron powder. The yoke is provided with a notch portion for preventing eddy current loss. By having such a notch portion, eddy current loss is prevented in the yoke, thereby enabling to operate an actuator highly efficiently.
