Abstract:
The present application provides yttrium aluminosilicate glass, a preparation method therefor, and an electronic device. Based on the molar percentage of the oxide reference, the yttrium aluminosilicate glass specifically comprises the following components: 20-50% of SiO2; 15-40% of Al2O3; 10-35% of MgO; 5-35% of Y2O3; 0.1-15% of TiO2; 0.1-15% of ZrO2; 0.1-15% of Na2O; 0.1-15% of Li2O; 0.1-15% of K2O; 0.1-10% of B2O3; 0.1-10% of BaO; 0.1-10% of SrO; 0.1-10% of Sb2O3; and 0.1-10% of La2O3. The yttrium aluminosilicate glass provided in the present application has relatively high glass forming capability, good anti-falling performance and good mechanical properties such as Vickers hardness, Mohs hardness and Young modulus.
