Abstract:
The present invention relates to a zinc-alpha-2-glycoprotein (ZAG) protein-derived peptide and a use thereof. A ZAG protein-derived peptide according to the present invention exhibits the effect of reducing the expression of various immune factors accounting for acute or chronic atopic dermatitis and induces a reduction in immune reaction and IgE expression, thus finding applications in preventing, treating, or alleviating xeroderma or skin barrier dysfunction such as atopic dermatitis, allergic disorders, inflammations, etc.
