Abstract:
This zeolite membrane complex comprises: a porous support; and a zeolite membrane that is disposed on the support and comprises ETL-type zeolite. In an X-ray diffraction pattern obtained by irradiating a surface of the zeolite membrane with X-rays, the intensity of a peak present near 2θ = 9.9° and the intensity of a peak present near 2θ = 19.8° are at least 0.8 times the intensity of a peak present near 2θ = 7.9°. Due to this configuration, it is easy to provide a zeolite membrane complex that has an ETL-type zeolite membrane with improved compactness.
