Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of zero-cross detection. Disclosed is a zero-cross detection circuit, comprising a current transformer, a main switch tube, and a negative current adjusting circuit. The current transformer comprises a primary side winding and a secondary side winding; the primary side winding and the main switch tube are connected in series to form a first converter; the first converter is cooperatively connected to an alternating current source; the negative current adjusting circuit comprises a first resistor, a third resistor, a comparison unit, a trigger unit and a direct current source; when a negative current flows through the first converter and the value of the negative current is equal to a preset threshold, an induced current generated by the secondary winding flows into the comparison unit through a second end, the first resistor and the third resistor, so that the trigger unit outputs a zero-cross signal, and the main switch tube responds to the zero-cross signal and is turned off. Also disclosed in the present invention are a PFC circuit having zero-cross detection and a two-way interleaved PFC circuit. According to the present invention, during zero crossing, a zero-cross signal is output to turn off a corresponding main switch tube, so that the reliability of a result and system efficiency are improved.
