Abstract:
A method of cryptocurrency transactions in a peer-to-peer network. The method comprises: receiving cryptosystem parameter values for a zero knowledge range proof reversible commitment (ZKRPRC) algorithm; encrypting a transaction amount using the ZKRPRC algorithm in accordance with the selected cryptosystem parameter values to generate a reversible commitment and a ZKRP range proof; and sending a transaction from a first user to a second user via an unconfirmed transactions pool (UTP) of the peer-to-peer network, the transaction including the reversible commitment and the ZKRP range proof.
