Abstract:
Disclosed are a zero-phase current transformer for measuring a three-phase four-wire live wire insulation resistance, and a live wire insulation resistance measurement device. The present invention is implemented through a process in which the live wire insulation resistance measurement device calculates a phase angle of each phase-specific voltage and a synthesis leakage current on the basis of each phase-specific voltage measurement value transmitted from the three-phase four-wire zero-phase current transformer and a synthesis leakage current measurement value of each phase-specific zero-phase current transmitted from the three-phase four-wire zero-phase current transformer, and calculates each phase-specific live wire insulation resistance value on the basis of the synthesized leakage current measurement value, the phase angle, and the phase-specific voltage measurement value. According to the present invention, the live wire insulation resistance measurement device can independently measure each phase-specific live wire insulation resistance from each phase-specific zero-phase current.
