Abstract:
A zero point positioning method and system, a servo motor, and a storage medium: controlling a motor motion block to run towards a limit block, and performing collision detection on the motor motion block (S10); when collision is successful, controlling the motor motion block to run away from the limit block, and detecting in real time whether a Z signal sent by an encoder is received (S20); when detecting the Z signal, reading a first encoder value from the encoder, and controlling the motor motion block to decelerate in order to read a second encoder value when the motor motion block stops (S30); and, on the basis of a preset algorithm, determining a zero point position on the basis of the first encoder value and the second encoder value (S40). Accurate zero point positioning is achieved by means of Z signal detection and distance compensation of the deceleration of the motor motion block, eliminating the position sensor used for traditional zero point positioning, and thereby reducing zero point positioning errors whilst reducing costs, and increasing the precision of the servo motor using an incremental encoder.
