Abstract:

A zero-sum low-carbon purifying smoke extractor, comprising: a device power system composed of a smoke extraction fan (1), a booster fan (2) for discharging smoke, an air curtain fan (25), a non-return wind valve actuator (16), a control circuit and a smart controller (15); a smoke discharging system composed of a plenum chamber (13), the booster fan (2) for discharging smoke and a non-return wind valve (17); a mute system consisting of a smoke pre-filter (7), a silencer, the plenum chamber (13) and an air curtain system; an energy-saving system composed of an air curtain air inlet duct (21), an air curtain air outlet duct (27) and the air curtain fan (25); and a cooking bench cabinet (29) integrally mounted with a disinfection cabinet, oven or steam box (28). Said extractor has an excellent smoke extraction function compared with a kitchen ventilator or an integrated cooker, and integrates the functions of an integrated cooker and a disinfection cabinet, steam box or oven (28); the smoke is filtered twice, such that there is no need to clean the interior of the extractor body, and the pollution of the smoke to atmosphere is reduced; and the design of the silencer and the plenum chamber (13) greatly reduces the noise pollution.
