Abstract:
The present invention relates to a zero-voltage discharge device and, in particular, to a zero-voltage discharge device which is configured in such a manner that a battery can be charged and discharged while maintaining a continuous turned-on state without repeatedly turning on and off relevant switching elements in a battery discharging mode, whereby the withstand voltage of a switch can be reduced and conduction loss can be decreased, and furthermore, in such a manner that a constant operating voltage can be applied and simultaneously a charging current and a discharging current can be generated only by selectively turning on the switching elements, whereby power loss for charging and discharging can be reduced and a control operation for charging and discharging can be simplified.
