Title:
ZINC ION FLUORESCENT PROBE COMPOUND, PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR AND USE THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/228640
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of organic light-emitting materials, and in particular, to a zinc ion fluorescent probe compound, a preparation method therefor and use thereof in zinc ion detection. The fluorescent probe compound of the present invention is named 2-(7-(2,8-dimethylquinolin-6-yl)-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-1,8-naphthyridin-2-yl)phenol, which is synthesized by using 2,8-dimethyltetrahydroquinoline and 2-(2-phenol)-1,8-naphthyridine as main raw materials. The present invention has simple synthesis steps, safe method operation, non-toxic raw materials, and low costs. The fluorescence performance test shows that the fluorescent probe compound of the present invention has high selectivity and sensitivity to Zn2+ and good chemical stability, is particularly suitable for detecting Zn2+ in an aqueous environmental system, and has excitation and emission spectra both in the visible light region, and thus can be used as a fluorescent probe in the zinc ion detection field.
