Abstract:
Intended is to provide a pouch, which is constituted of a plurality of plastic
sheets sealed at their peripheral edges, which includes a contents spout and
a plastic zipper fused and arranged between the sheets at the sealed peripheral
edges and which is heated and sterilized after it was charged with contents. The
constitution of the pouch is characterized in that a blocking portion is formed
by folding back a film-shaped base material at a portion in the pouch apart from
the plastic zipper to the contents side, thereby to prevent such a drawback in
advance that the contents might otherwise be caused by the influences of the heat
or pressure to leave the blocking portion to the zipper portion, even if the blocking
portion is wound during the plastic zipper manufacturing step or the step of mounting
the zipper on the pouch, even for a retort sterilization or a heating or boiling
sterilization after the pouch was filled with food or the like. Thus, it is possible
to provide customers with the products stabilized in the quality management
or the sanitary aspect.
