Abstract:
The head (212) of the male member (21) and the groove (222) of the female member (22) engage with each other in an engageable and disengageable manner to generate a containing space (16) inside the bag body (10). On the inner surface of the groove (222), there are provided fusion layers (24) which fusion-bond the outer surface of the head (212) and the inner surface of the groove (222) opposing each other, when a food product is sterilized with heat to be stored long. By selecting the material of the fusion layers (24) and setting the dimensions of the areas for the fusion layers (24), the fusion layers (24) can be provided with a peel strength which never inconveniently requires a strong force to be unsealed, thereby providing a satisfactory feeling of unsealing. The fusion layers (24) provide airtightness, so that inconvenience such as the leakage of the food product can be prevented even if the pressure within the containing space (16) is increased in the sterilization with heat.
