Abstract:
A zirconia ceramic solid tool and a manufacturing method therefor, and a use of the tool in graphite. A base body of the ceramic tool is t-ZrO 2-based ceramic, and components thereof comprise Zr 0.92Y 0.08O 1.962. The ceramic tool is doped with a metallic oxide as a stabilizer; therefore, not only can zirconia tend to be stable, but the ionic conductivity thereof can also be improved. The ceramic solid tool has good wear resistance, is applicable to high-speed machining of graphite and can effectively overcome frictional wear of the surface of the tool caused by graphite dust, and is therefore an ideal tool for manufacturing and cutting graphite.
