Abstract:
Provided are a zoom lens and an imaging device equipped with the zoom lens capable of reducing the burden on a driving system that performs wobbling operation. In a zoom lens where each interval between lens groups is varied upon zooming from a wide angle end to a telephoto end, the zoom lens has a focus lens group that performs focusing from infinity to a close-up range by moving along an optical axis, and has a plurality of wobbling lens groups which wobble along the optical axis with a small amplitude with respect to the moving distance of the focus lens group for the focusing operation after the movement of the focus lens group. The combination of the wobbling lens groups in operation is varied mid-zoom while zooming from a wide angle end to a telephoto end.
