Abstract:
A zoom lens etc. The zoom lens is suitable for high pixel electronic imaging element,
having a high magnification ratio, and reduced in size. The zoom lens has, in
the mentioned order along the optical axis from the object side, a first lens group
(G1) having positive refractive power, a second lens group (G2) having negative
refractive power, a third lens group (G3) having positive refractive power,
a fourth lens group (G4) having positive refractive power, and a fifth lens group
(G5) having negative refractive power. The variation of the magnification
from a wide-angle end state (W) to a tele end state (T) is made by moving the second
lens group (G2) and the fourth lens group (G4) in the optical axis direction. The
first lens group (G1) has, in the mentioned order along the optical axis from the
object side, a front lens group (G1f) having negative refractive power, a light
path bending element (P) for bending the light path, and a rear lens group (G1r)
having positive refractive power. The zoom lens satisfies a predetermined
conditional formula.
