Abstract:
[Problem] To enable satisfactory correction of distortion aberrations and readily achieve a wider angle while suppressing increase in various aberrations, in a zoom lens having a two-lens configuration. [Solution] A zoom lens: having a first lens group (G1) having a negative refractive power and a second lens group (G2) having a positive refractive power arranged in order from the object side; that changes magnification by moving the first lens group (G1) and the second lens group (G2); and wherein the first lens group (G1) is configured by a first lens (L11) having a negative refractive power, a second lens (L12), a third lens (L13) having a negative refractive power, and a fourth lens (L14) having a positive refractive power, arranged in order from the object side. The zoom lens fulfills the following formula, when the focal distance of the second lens (L12) is fG12 and the focal distance of the entire system in the wide angle end is fw: -0.04< fw/fG12<0.12 … (1-1)
