Abstract:
[Problem] To provide: a high-performance zoom lens that has a small F value at a telephoto end and that has been suitably corrected for various aberrations; and an imaging device that comprises the zoom lens. [Solution] The present invention comprises, in order from an object side, a positive first lens group (G1), a negative second lens group (G2), a positive third lens group (G3), a positive fourth lens group (G4), and a positive fifth lens group (G5). During changes in magnification, the first lens group (G1) is fixed, and the intervals between the lens groups undergo prescribed changes. The first lens group (G1) comprises, in order from the object side, a negative 1a lens group (G1a) that is fixed during focusing, a positive 1b lens group (G1b) that moves during focusing, and a positive 1c lens group (G1c) that is fixed during focusing. Furthest to an image side, the 1c lens group (G1c) has, in order from the object side, the following four lenses: a positive lens, a doublet formed by bonding a negative meniscus lens and a positive lens that have convex surfaces that face the object side, and a positive meniscus lens that has a convex surface that faces the object side.
