Abstract:
A zoom lens having, lined up in order from the object side: a first lens group (G1) having a negative refractive power; a second lens group (G2) having a positive refractive power; a third lens group (G3) having a negative refractive power; and a fourth lens group (G4) having a positive refractive power. The zoom lens changes magnification by changing the interval between each lens group. The third lens group (G3) has at least one negative lens and fulfils the following condition (1): -5.00 < (r2 + r1) / (r2 - r1) < 0.30 (1). In the formula, r1 indicates the object-side radius of curvature for the negative lens arranged furthest on the object side among the negative lenses in the third lens group (G3) and r2 indicates the image-side radius of curvature for the negative lens arranged furthest on the object side among the negative lenses in the third lens group (G3).
