Abstract:
A zoom lens system is characterized by comprising, in order from the object side to the image side, a first lens group having positive power, a second lens group having negative power, a third lens group having positive power, a fourth lens group having negative power, a fifth lens group, and a sixth lens group, and in that during zooming from a wide-angle end to a telephoto end when an image is captured, the first lens group, the second lens group, the third lens group, and the fourth lens group move along an optical axis such that the distance between the third lens group and the fourth lens group at the telephoto end becomes larger than the distance therebetween at the wide-angle end, and focusing from an infinity-focused state to a near object-focused state is performed by moving the fourth lens group along the optical axis.
