Abstract:
Provided are a Zr-containing welding wire steel hot-rolled wire rod and a production process therefor, which comprises the following chemical components in percentage by weight: C ≤ 0.06%, Si: 0.45-0.55%, Mn: 0.95-1.05%, P ≤ 0.020%, S: ≤0.018%, Cr: ≤ 0.10%, Ni: ≤ 0.10%, Cu: ≤ 0.20, Mo: ≤ 0.10, V: ≤ 0.02, Ti: 0.07-0.13%, Al: 0.06-0.12%, Zr: 0.03-0.09% and the balance being Fe and inevitable impurities. The content of Zr in molten steel is ensured and controlled to meet the standard requirement by using a reasonable LF slagging deoxygenation process, a zirconium-iron alloy adding method and timing, and other means. The nodulation of the molten steel in a casting process is avoided by using reasonable continuous casting process parameters, tundish casting powder, casting protection measures and other means, such that normal casting of the molten steel is guaranteed. The present invention solves the problems of Zr alloying and casting process control of continuous casting small billets in a welding wire steel production process.
