Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transport while aligning the position in the circumferential direction of a cross section without stagnating a rod-like part.SOLUTION: A linear feeder 10 includes a linear vibration base 13 which is vibrated by vibration means 11, and a conveying member 15 which conveys a rod-like part 14 provided on the linear vibration base 13 and vibrated together with the linear vibration base 13 in the longitudinal direction. The conveying member 15 includes a support member 16 erected on both sides in the width direction of the linear vibration base 13, a pair of suspending member 17 which suspend a rod-like part 14 extending in the longitudinal direction of the linear vibration base 13 with respect to the support member 16, and a pair of regulating rails 18, 19 which sandwich the rod-like part 14 extending in the longitudinal direction of the linear vibration base 13 with respect to the support member 16 and suspended to the pair of suspending member 17 from the width direction of the linear vibration base 13. One of the pair of regulating rails 18, 19 is fixed to the support member 16, and the other is movably attached to the support member 16 via an elastic body 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
