Abstract:
To provide a micro-coil that functions as an electromagnetic wave absorber even under a high temperature environment and an oxidizing atmosphere.SOLUTION: A micro-coil with a coating layer includes: a micro-coil 10 having heat resistance that does not cause thermal decomposition and melting under a high temperature environment; and a coating layer 11 that has the heat resistance and conductivity under a high temperature environment and an oxidizing atmosphere, in which the coating layer 11 is formed to have a shape that generates an induction current according to a magnetic field component of the electromagnetic wave when the micro-coil with a coating layer receives the electromagnetic wave on a surface of the micro-coil 10. The micro-coil 10 is made of silicon nitride, titanium oxide, titanium carbide or carbon, and the coating layer is preferably constituted of at least one or more of a conductive metal, a conductive metal oxide, and a conductive composite metal oxide.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
