Abstract:
To provide an elevator rope coming-off prevention tool capable of preventing a rope from being removed from a sheave when replacing a rope and an elevator rope replacement method.SOLUTION: The elevator rope coming-off prevention tool of the invention includes a first supporting member 16 attached to a front side cover 10 of a sheave, a second supporting member 17 attached to a rear side cover 11 of the sheave, and a holding member 20 which has one end part supported by the first supporting member 16 and the other end part supported by the second supporting member 17 and is fixed in a state of being contacted with a rope 3 wound on the sheave.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
