Abstract:
To provide a management system of blood sampling tubes which allows behavior of blood sampling tubes to be tracked and managed within a facility such as a hospital.SOLUTION: Provided is a management system of blood sampling tubes, in which: individual specimen information associated with patient identification information is added to each blood sampling tube; each blood sampling tube is provided with a wireless tag that stores the individual specimen information in an IC chip; and behavior of the blood sampling tubes in movement paths is managed on the basis of the information of the wireless tag. The management system of blood sampling tubes includes: a plurality of wireless tag reading devices S1, S2, S3, S4 and S5 arranged in movement paths X and Y of the blood sampling tubes; and a management device 1 which monitors movement of the blood sampling tubes in the movement paths, on the basis of the individual specimen information read by the wireless tag reading devices S1, S2, S3, S4 and S5, and reading time at which the individual specimen information was read.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
