Abstract:
To provide a coffee jelly beverage good in balance of glutinous chewing feel, feeling of coffee, and deliciousness.SOLUTION: There is provided a packaged coffee jelly beverage which is constituted so that a coffee jelly beverage in a container is collapsed by adding force from outside of the container, and satisfies following Condition 1. (Condition 1) By conducting rheometer measurement (20°C, depression rate of a piston of 6 cm/min.) on the coffee jelly beverage, a load curve is obtained by plotting load (g) measured by the rheometer measurement in a Y axis and depression variation (mm) in an X axis. In the load curve, it has a point Q (x2, y2) satisfying a relational expression 0.8y1≤y2 after obtaining a first maximum peak, which is set as a point P (x1, y1, y1≤200).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
