Abstract:
To provide a fluid cargo handling joint excellent in heat insulation property and capable of electrically insulating a first half from a second half.SOLUTION: A fluid cargo handling joint comprises: a first half provided at the tip of a first vacuum double pipe and having a first inner pipe, a first outer pipe, and a first closing member for closing a space between the first inner pipe and the first outer pipe; a second half provided at the tip of a second vacuum double pipe and having a second inner pipe, a second outer pipe, and a second closing member for closing a space between the second inner pipe and the second outer pipe; an annular inside insulation material interposed between the first inner pipe and second inner pipe; and an annular outside insulation material interposed between the first outer pipe and the second outer pipe and surrounding the inside insulation material across a gas space formed between the first closing member and the second closing member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
