Abstract:
To automatically switch between prioritization to countermeasures to prevent a document from being left untaken and prioritization to speeding up of image processing according to the details of the document.SOLUTION: In an image processing apparatus 10, a protection document determination unit 8d determines whether a protection image satisfying a protection condition is included in a read image obtained by an image reading device 1. Operation detection sensors 123, 125 detect a removal operation for removing a document 9 from a document support part. Image output devices 2, 83 can execute read image output processing including printing of the read image or output of data of the read image to the outside. When the protection image is determined to be included in the read image, a control unit 8 controls the image output devices 2, 83 to execute the read image output processing, with the removal operation being detected after the image is read from the document 9 as a necessary condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
