To make it possible for an opening/closing body to automatically open/close only when a vehicle approaches and separates from a vehicle opening/closing body device.SOLUTION: When a driver gets on a vehicle 90 in the state of holding portable communication terminal means 70, the portable communication terminal means 70 and communication means pre-installed in the vehicle 90 or communication means 91 separately installed in the vehicle are connected by the short-range wireless communication function. This connection authenticates that the portable communication terminal means 70 is mounted on the vehicle 90.
