Abstract:
To provide a vehicle control method and a vehicle system for controlling a posture of a vehicle by adding deceleration to a vehicle, capable of properly setting deceleration for controlling the vehicle posture based on an operation of a single pedal.SOLUTION: A vehicle control method comprises: a step for setting deceleration added to the vehicle by deceleration characteristics for a normal travel mode, based on a steering angle of a vehicle (1), when a normal travel mode is selected, in the normal travel mode, acceleration/deceleration is set based on acceleration/deceleration characteristic for a normal travel mode is set, based on an operation of an accelerator pedal; a step for setting deceleration added to the vehicle based on deceleration characteristic for a single pedal mode, based on the steering angle of the vehicle, when a single pedal mode in which, acceleration/deceleration is set based on acceleration/deceleration characteristic for a single pedal mode, is selected; and a step for generating deceleration on the vehicle, based on the set deceleration.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
