To optimally select synchronous processing or asynchronous processing in creating an API from an HTTP method.SOLUTION: A conversion logic generation device 1 comprises: a storage device 10 that stores a selection logic data 12 associating a processing type indicating whether a command for a table of a database is executed in synchronous processing or asynchronous processing with a condition to apply the processing type; and a conversion logic generation unit 22 that refers to the selection logic data 12 to specify a table and a command conforming to the condition and the processing type, and outputs conversion logic data L in which an HTTP method corresponding to the specified command, an object to be processed with the HTTP method corresponding to the specified table, and the processing type of the specified command are associated with one another.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
