Abstract:
To provide a sulky type lawn mower capable of using an engine with small output and with less discharge of an exhaust gas for achieving a large exhaust gas suppression effect and comprising a collector for accumulating a large amount of reaped lawn.SOLUTION: There is provided a sulky type lawn mower comprising a mower deck 1 on a front part of a travel vehicle body 4 supported by front wheels 2L, 2R and rear wheels 3L, 3R, and comprising an operator seat 10 on which an operator gets, and a collector 11 for accumulating reaped lawn on the travel vehicle body 4. The sulky type lawn mower further comprises: a front wheel drive motor 20 for driving front wheels 2L, 2R; a rear wheel drive motor 23 for driving rear wheels 3L, 3R; and blade motors 7L, 7R for driving a reaping blade of the mower deck 1, and on the sulky type lawn mower, a battery 15 for supplying power to the front wheel drive motor 20, the rear wheel drive motor 23, and the blade motors 7L, 7R and an engine 16 with a power generator 17 for charging the battery 15, are mounted on the travel vehicle body 4 on a lower part of the collector 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
