Abstract:
To provide a press brake mold capable of reducing residual stress at an end edge of a workpiece, and performing folding processing.SOLUTION: In a press brake mold, a lifting member 11 that is relatively pressed and lowered by an upper table 25 of a press brake is provided vertically movably in a mold base 5 that can be mounted to a lower table 3 of the press brake. A top surface of a workpiece support member 21 provided in the mold base 5 and an undersurface 17F of a workpiece pressing member 17 provided in the lifting member 11 are disposed to face each other in a vertical direction. The top surface of the workpiece support member 21 is inclined so that a front side is lowered relatively with respect to the undersurface 17F of the workpiece pressing member 17. The mold base 5 comprises a workpiece positioning surface 7B which guides the workpiece pressing member 17 provided in the lifting member 11 in the vertical direction, and abuts an end edge of a workpiece W to be positioned between the workpiece support member 21 and the workpiece pressing member 17.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
