Abstract:
To provide a method and apparatus for mechanical latching of at least one pole of a relay selected from SPST, SPDT, DPDT, reversing DPDT, multi pole MPST, and MPDT.SOLUTION: A single and a plurality of hybrid SPDT switches or one of DPDT switches is integrated to one of a SPDT and a DPDT mechanical latching relay, using an element such as a spring, and a contact between the pole and one of a relay contact and a structured contactor is maintained. In order to operate a load via a switch manual key containing an introduction of a key-plunger combination in the latching relay, and in order to perform a remote operation by powering a relay coil by a power pulse, a CPU program that provides any manual key individual for the SPDT or the DPDT connected in a traveler line to the integrated switch-relay is included.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3C
