Abstract:
To provide a reference model applicable to recruitment, personnel changes, and the like from a different viewpoint than before.SOLUTION: The information processing device includes: a search unit 10 that searches for worker data stored in a storage unit 40 and reads the searched worker data as a model candidate; an output unit 30 that outputs at least a piece of worker photo data among the worker data read as the model candidates; a reception unit 20 that receives a piece of information for selecting a model target from the model candidates; and a learning unit 50 that generates a reference model by using the worker data of the selected model target person and the worker other than the model target person.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
