Abstract:
To improve dehumidification function of a laser oscillator by overcoming the drawbacks of both an air-cooled dehumidifier and a water-cooled dehumidifier.SOLUTION: A laser oscillator 1 comprises: one or more heat generating units 11 arranged in a housing 10; a piping system 12 that flows cooling water to the heat generating unit 11; a water-cooled dehumidifier 13 that dehumidifies the air in the housing with the cooling water; and an air-cooled dehumidifier 14. The air-cooled dehumidifier 14 has: a Peltier element 22 to which a cooling fin 20 and a heat radiation fin 21 are attached; and a water cooling plate 23 which cools the heat radiation fin 21 with cooling water, the air-cooled dehumidifier 14 cools the air in the housing using the cooling fin 20 before flowing the cooling water, and cools the air in the housing while cooling the radiation fin 21 by the water cooling plate 23 after flowing the cooling water.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
