Abstract:
To provide a molding method that can reduce influences of a leaked magnetic field during electric heating.SOLUTION: A molding method includes a magnetization step in which a structural member of a molding device 10 is brought into a magnetized state by a magnetic flux (a magnetic flux MF2 in a figure 6(b)) in the opposite direction of a magnetic flux (a magnetic flux MF1 in a figure 6(a)) generated by electric heating in a molding step. By performing the magnetization step, the structural member is magnetized so as to generate a magnetic flux (a magnetic flux MF3 in the figure 6(a)) in the opposite direction of a magnetic flux generated in the vicinity of a metal mold 13 during electric heating. Thus, when the structural member is magnetized in advance in a step prior to the molding step, the magnetic flux generated by electric heating and a magnetic flux generated by the magnetized structural member act on to cancel each other, in the molding step that is performed multiple times (refer to the figure 6(a)). This can reduce leaked magnetic fields during electric heating.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
