Abstract:
To provide a pivotal binding device and its pivotal binding method in a cutting tool such as a nipper excellent in durability and capable of maintaining excellent sharpness.SOLUTION: In a cutting tool for opening and closing a blade part by opening and closing a handle part of a first blade body and a second blade body pivotally bound in a pivotal binding plate part, pivotal binding means is constituted of a first shaft member and a second shaft member mutually oppositely inserted from both sides to a pivotal binding hole of a pair of pivotal binding plate parts, and a machine screw inserted into the second member from the first member, and the first member has a head part fitted and fixed to the pivotal binding plate part and a cylindrical shaft part inserted into the pair of pivotal binding holes, and the second shaft member has a head part rotatably fitted via a bearing into the pivotal binding plate part and a bolt shaft part screwed into a female screw hole of the first shaft member, and the machine screw has a machine screw head part fastened to the head part of the first shaft member and a machine screw shaft part screwed in a machine screw female screw hole of the second shaft member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
