Abstract:
To mechanically know the seal leakage of a swivel device in advance, prevent the liquid leakage of the entire swivel device, prevent damage to peripheral equipment, and enable systematic repair without interrupting work.SOLUTION: Pressure sensors are installed at each of stages between cut-off seal rings, which are installed in multiple stages between a swivel pipe and a seal case in the vertical direction, or at stages as necessary, and the measured value of each of the pressure sensors is recorded in a recording meter, so that the repair or replacement time of a swivel device can be estimated systematically.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
