Abstract:
To provide a rice cooker capable of cooking delicious rice in a small amount of about 1 go (equivalent to 180 cc), which is small as compared with a maximum cooking amount of rice.SOLUTION: A rice cooker 1 includes: an inner pot 4; an inner lid 7 for sealing an opening of the inner pot 4; a heating part 6 for heating the inner pot 4; an inner lid 8 for zoning a rice cooking space CA formed by the inner pot 4 and the inner lid 7 into a small rice cooking space CA1 where a cooking material is accommodated, and a non-rice cooking space CA2 located above the small rice cooking space CA1; and a control device 9 for controlling a rice cooking operation according to a preset program. The heating part 6 is driven by the control device 9 according to a program corresponding to respective processes of a water absorption process, a temperature raising process, a cooking finish process, a reheating process, and a steaming process. The rice cooker includes a small amount rice cooking program corresponding to a small amount rice cooking mode that uses the inner lid 8, and in the small amount rice cooking program, a process time T3 of the cooking finish process is made shorter than a process time T2 of the temperature raising process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14
