To provide a combination therapy including an MDM2 inhibitor and one or more additional pharmaceutically active agents, in particular for the treatment of cancers.SOLUTION: The invention provides a combination therapy of therapeutically effective amounts of an MDM2 inhibitor and a BRAF inhibitor or MEK inhibitor.
