Abstract:
To provide a protector for work suitable for a trouser type protector that surely protects a body while having sufficient flexibility.SOLUTION: A circular metal plate is adopted in each of a plurality of protective plates, and the plates are arranged and fixed between front and rear covers such that a peripheral edge part of each of the circular metal plates overlaps each other without spaces therebetween. When each protective plate is formed of the circular metal plate, a bending force during bending deformation is equal in all angular directions in 360 degrees with respect to a central part being a base point. Thus, the protector for work in which the circular metal plate is adopted in each of a plurality of protective plates, and the plates are arranged and fixed between the front and rear covers such that the peripheral edge part of each of the circular metal plates overlaps each other without spaces therebetween, is able to surely cover a worker and can undergo bending deformation in each of up/down, left/right and diagonal directions with equal bending force.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
