Abstract:
To provide a regulator heat shielding structure of a straddle-type vehicle, which can prevent exhaust heat of the a regulator from impinging on a driver.SOLUTION: A heat shielding structure of the present invention shields from heat a regulator 40 that is configured to restrict output from a power generator 24 driven by an engine E of a straddle-type vehicle to a predetermined level. The regulator 40 is disposed inside of a vehicle body cover 36 covering the side of a vehicle body and is supported by a vehicle body frame FR and covered by a heat shielding cover 44. The heat shielding cover 44 is formed of a flat plate of an elastic body and is bent and mounted on the regulator 40 to cover the driver's side of the regulator 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
