Abstract:
To provide a railway vehicle capable of improving riding comfort.SOLUTION: Recesses 33a configured to receive passengers are formed on the side surface of a support 33 directed in the width direction of a vehicle body 2, and a plurality of such recesses 33a are arranged at prescribed spaces in the cross direction of the vehicle body 2. Thus, when the passengers lean on the respective recesses 33a, the passengers can be arranged at positions separated from one another by the arrangement intervals of the recesses 33a in the cross direction of the vehicle body 2. Thus, since personal spaces can be easily secured for the passengers leaning on the support 33, riding comfort can be improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
