Abstract:
To provide a waterproof finish fabric having a porous urethane film that has waterproofness, moisture permeability, and durability due to a wet coagulation method, by using a polar solvent other than dimethyl formamide.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a manufacturing method of a waterproof finish fabric characterized by providing a porous polyurethane layer obtained from a polyurethane solution of an amide-based polar solvent having a boiling point of 200°C or higher under 1 atm. and soluble in water on a surface of a fiber fabric by any of the following methods. 1. A polyurethane solution is applied to the surface of the fiber fabric followed by wet coagulation. 2. After the polyurethane solution is applied to a base material other than the fiber fabric, a wet solidified polyurethane resin layer is created and the obtained polyurethane resin layer is bonded to the surface of the fiber fabric.SELECTED DRAWING: None
