Abstract:
To provide a wiring board with a built-in inductor structure, excellent in insulation in a planar direction and providing excellent inductance characteristics due to the presence of a magnetic material not only at the inside of a conductor coil but also at the outside of the conductor coil, and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A wiring board 100 having an inductor function includes: a magnetic material layer 22 provided at the inside of an opening that penetrates through an inner layer substrate 20; an insulator 24 provided at the inside of a first through hole that penetrates through the magnetic material layer 22; and an inductor including a first conductor pattern 28 formed on a first main surface of the magnetic material layer 22, a second conductor pattern 29 formed on a second main surface of the magnetic material layer 22, and a through hole conductor 26 which is provided at the inside of a second through hole that penetrates through the insulator 24 and connects between the first conductor pattern 28 and the second conductor pattern 29.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
