To provide a steering control device that suppresses a deviation of a steering angle in a stopped vehicle.SOLUTION: A steering control device 1 that controls steering by a steering actuator 3 of a vehicle comprises: a condition determining subblock 111 that determines whether or not a holding condition, necessary for holding a steering angle θ given to tires of the vehicle by the steering actuator 3 at a stop control angle θs at a stop position Ps at which the vehicle stops traveling, is satisfied in the vehicle; and a steering holding subblock 112 that holds the steering angle θ at the stop control angle θs in a pre-stop traveling section in which the vehicle travels to the stop position Ps after the holding condition is satisfied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
