Abstract:
PURPOSE:To maintain the moisture-proof ability without an increase in the diameter of a heat exchange type fan by a method wherein circumferential comblike parts, around the brim of an opening of a partition plate of a fan case and around the circumference of the fan, engage with each other with clearances, and an elastic annular plate is attached on the circumferential comblike part of the fan on a circulation air path side. CONSTITUTION:Circumferential comblike parts 12, each consisting of two or more concentric circular blades, are respectively furnished around the circumference of a heat exchange type fan 6 and around the brim of an opening of a partition plate 10 of a fan case 8, and engage each other with clearances. An annular plate 14 made of an elastic material such as rubber is attached on the cimcumferential comblike part 12 of the fan 6 so that it covers a base plate 16 of the circumferential comblike part 12 of the fan case 8 with a clearance 15. As the annular plate 14 is provided, the clearance 15 enhances the effect of the comblike part 12 and the performance of the fan is maintained with a decrease in the amount of replacement between circulating air and cooling air.
